HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Location: India
Duration: 3-6 Months

DiligenceVault is a fintech company transforming investment diligence through digitization, integrated AI, and workflow automation. We help asset managers and allocator firms streamline due diligence and oversight to make smarter decisions through technology.

What You'll Do

  • Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
  • Coordinate assessments and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as needed.
  • Use AI tools to create sourcing strategy, screening candidates and manage application tracking system

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Google Workspace.
