About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success & Growth Manager to support our clients and users through best-in-class user experience, implementation partnership, and strategic relationship management. In addition to ensuring client success, this role includes a strong business development component — building a prospect pipeline, identifying new growth opportunities, and engaging with potential clients across the Australian market.
Regional Ownership & Recognition – Sole representative based in Australia with full ownership of client success and growth across the APAC region, working independently day-to-day while being strongly supported and recognised by our global Client Success team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day communications with clients in APAC.
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounts in APAC and ensure successful implementation.
- Proactively anticipate client issues based on patterns and concerns.
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams on client implementations and client feedback.
- Prioritize issues and troubleshoot as they arise, following through to resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert on DiligenceVault platform functionalities.
- Develop and maintain the Company’s knowledge base, product updates, and lead webinar training sessions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate closely with the global Client Success team.
- Liaise between Sales and Product teams to support the delivery of new modules and functionalities.
- Own the renewal process and partner with Sales on upsell opportunities.
- Support business development efforts by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new leads across the region.
- Build and maintain a prospect pipeline via industry events, conferences, outreach, and digital engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Client success and Growth roles at a technology SaaS / Fintech company.
- Direct experience working with institutional investors, fund managers, or asset managers is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in managing client relationships, driving adoption and renewals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong client interaction and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with asset managers/institutional investors is a strong plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong process orientation (issue tracking, incident management).
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable proposing new ideas.
- Ability to succeed in a remote, global team environment.
- Experience in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline building.
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls, product demos, and collaborating with Sales on deal execution.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Must have full legal work rights in Australia

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary Ranges - AUD120,000 to 140,000 (based on experience & geography)
- Commission/ Incentive - linked to client success & growth metrics
- Equity Options
